Kudos to him for his ingenuity and hard work. I wonder however how he brakes.
It is a fixie, so he can just pedal backwards. 
The way he pedal it is like on old Steam trains. Them coupled the many wheels them had together like that. Ingenious indeed. A true fixie.

He use standard “hinges” as the way to steer. That is kind of cute is it not?
More wood bikes but these only go downhill unless you maybe can run sitting like a balance bike style with feet on the ground kicking and pushing away.
