snubber bearing not turning anymore

Actually no idea for the bearing type miracle…
You wanted to replace the snubber bearing by a better (sealed) one, I suppose.

Maybe the durability of the bearing can be elongated by the following logic:
More gap - less rounds of the bearing - longer bearing life.
So, to achieve more adjustability, I still think it would be better to exchange the bolt 386 - these days a standard bolt (or very similar) -
to a recessed one.
The original bolt could simply be modified, like so: Re: snubber adjustable on 5.2 LT?

The reason for the bolt change might be explained with this fictive dialogue:

Ming’s commercial department chief: “We have to decrease manufacturing costs, do we really need the expensive recessed bolt?”
Ming’s technical department chief: “It will work with a standard bolt too, but not that good.”
Ming’s commercial department chief: “Well, then use the cheaper standard bolt!”

Imaginable?

Hope Vanmoof didn’t sell all of their snubber kits to Austria
