Thanks for the links, the instructions are clear and very usefull 
I will need a vice to properly clamp the freewheel remover socket, because the nut is so tight that I will need my both hands to hold the pin spanner (Park Tool SPA-1).
I will possibly bring the parts to my work and ask a mechanic to just untighten the nut in order to prevent the balls to “rain” on the ground…
