3rd-party carbon fibre handlebars for Strida made by āSiDEAS Designā (not the same person of the abovementioned member of HK Strida Club) are now available in Hong Kong.
Full carbon fibre handbar tubes with aluminium parts inside the joints.
2 differnt lengths: 23cm and 25cm are available (The length of the stock aluminium handlebars of Strida is 23cm).

That looks very pimp! just becareful for anyone thatās using ergon handlebar grips because they rely on tightening the end and could crush carbon fiber. (itās on their own warning labels)
Iām wondering about their weight. Are they actually lighter than the original set?
I canāt find these bars for sale anywhere.
How much did they cost when they were available?
Did they ever have any problems?
I canāt seem to get a membership to the HK Strida forum so I canāt research them further.
Iāve found three prices of them, the most plausible (and half ways actual) seems to be 700 HKĀ§ (?).
