Hi All 
I have a Strida LT. I am experiencing a problem where when I start pedalling after freewheeling, the hub doesnt reengage. I turn the pedals but i get no go-forward because they arent engaged. I stop pedaling wait a second, and more often than not they will engage second time round. Not terminal but very annoying! i am sure i just need to replace one defective part, but i dont know what part i need to replace! does anyone have any ideas?

I guess it is a defective freewheel mechanism which annoys you.
That woul be part number ST-340-05

There’s a “special” tool required for removal, please read the description at Bill’s page or refer to my tool guide, tool T.
