Prevent EVO Lower Tube from Falling

Hello,
EVO bottom tube keep falling when folded. Thus I am using a fastener (the orange color in the photo) to keep it in place. Does this happen to you? Is there other way to do it

I mean the actual problem here is simply the weight of the bottom tube, caused by the EVO drive. You could try another frame clip (I know there was series of too large, and therefore loose, ones, maybe you got one of those.) Or perhaps try wide Velcro tape?
